First off, my apologies for the lack of updates. The Niche has been neglected as of late, which I will remedy after certain work-related projects have been completed. But that isn't to say there won't be the occasional post from time to time. That brings me to the subject of this particular post, which was brought to my attention by Frankensteinia, the Frankenstein blog. This week is the 75th anniversary of Universal's 1935 classic, 'The Bride of Frankenstein'. So in addition to watching this Hollywood monster masterpiece to celebrate, we suggest that you follow along this week with Frankensteinia. It is a resourceful wellspring of Frankenstein-related history and news, so we vouch that it will be a worthwhile look at the Bride.
About Myself
- "Man behind the Curtain" Drew
- Well, here's yours truly. The name's Drew, in case you were wondering. The Niche is my personal site, while the comic-in-progress is a partnered effort with Don, a lifelong friend of mine. We collaborate on the stories, but my partner's the writer in the outfit while I am the illustrator. This is currently little more than a side project, but we hope to make something of it.
